East Bay Air Systems is a NEIF Approved Contractor. The National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) is a Certified B Corporation and U.S. Department of Energy Home Improvement Expert Partner that offers EnergyPlus loans for heat pump installations and other home energy upgrades.

How it works
1. Get your East Bay Air Systems proposal and choose a monthly payment that fits your budget.

3. Sign your loan documents electronically. NEIF pays East Bay Air Systems only after your installation is complete to your satisfaction.
Example payments at 8.99%: a $15,000 project is about $311 per month over 5 years or $190 per month over 10 years. A $25,000 project is about $519 per month over 5 years or $317 per month over 10 years.
Rate and maximum loan amount are based on the borrower's credit. All loans are made directly to the consumer by National Energy Improvement Fund, LLC (NMLS #1723196) or its lending partners. Rates as of August 2025 and subject to change. All work must be installed by a NEIF Approved Contractor.
